A self-pollinating and year round plant. An iceberg lettuce is a head formation type of lettuce. The quality factors considered for classifying our product are shape, strength and colour. It is very rich in calcium, very flavourful and economical. Its rounded shape, with large and tight leaves, are reminiscent of a cabbage. It's great for salads.
