PLANT CHARACTERISTICS:

A plant growing to approximately 15 to 25cm tall, with approximately 6mm wide, green, yellow or variegated leaves depending on the variety. It gives off an intense aroma which increases when one touches the plant.

Culinary uses:

It is particularly goes well with oil and wine or vinegar to marinate meats and fish, and to season vegetables such as zucchini, eggplant, sweet peppers and tomatoes. It is also perfect for flavouring game meat.
