PLANT CHARACTERISTICS:

A plant growing to approximately 15 to 25cm tall, with approximately 6mm wide dark green leaves which give off a strong lemon scent.

Culinary uses:

It is used in dishes which appreciate a hint of citrus but lemon thyme is also added to custards, fruit salads and syrup.
