PLANT CHARACTERISTICS:
It is a biennial plant having straight and ascending stems, approximately between 20 and 60cm long and having very divided, smooth and aromatic leaves.
Culinary uses:
Widely used in Mediterranean cuisine as it can be used in almost any dish or casserole, parsley is delicious with mussels and many other fish and vegetable dishes.
